RAKAA Holdings Co. out of Saudi Arabia have recognized the UAE and Abu Dhabi’s Reem Island as an attractive investment opportunity. RAKAA has announced plans to develop three “smart towers” on Reem Island. The towers will be named: Marina Tulip Tower, Dynasty Tower, and Falcon Crest Tower. These towers will be mainly residential, featuring smart technology in all apartments. Smart technology will make apartments almost completely wireless and home features will be programmable or controlled by remote.

Groundbreaking will commence on these towers within the next month or two as infrastucture is being laid out. The Marina Tulip Tower the largest will be the flagship at 39 stories mostly residential and some commercial. This tower will feature 12 ultra luxurious apartments, in addition to 140 other apartments. I have not been able to find out exactly where on the island these towers will be located, I’ll update as soon as I do.
