Hydra Properties have announced their plans to develop the Hydra Height Towers on Reem Island. The project will be comprised of three 30 story towers on an undisclosed location on Reem Island. According to Dr. Sulaiman Al Fahim this will be “…one of Hydras most prestigious developments.”

Hydra Towers, like most of the towers planned on Reem Island will be built to be very ecologically friendly and will be equipped with smart home technologies. Dr. Sulaiman also had this to say about the smart home technology which will be available in all of the apartments in the towers. “Today’s modern and connected lifestyle necessitates that applications within a living space are in tune with the lifestyle behaviour of its occupants. In this development, we have ensured that all tenant needs are well addressed through the smart home concept.”

I am not sure yet what area of Reem Island these towers will occupy. I am also curious to find out what percentage of these towers will be commercial. Will update when new information is available.
