Translated literally as “the Star of Abu Dhabi” Najmat Abu Dhabi, located on the south western waterfront will cover nearly 20-25% of Reem Island. This will be the closest Reem Island development to Abu Dhabi city center and its completion date is set for early 2012.

Najmat Abu Dhabi is being developed primarily by Reem Developers, and is its maiden project. It is expected to be a huge success. Najmat Abu Dhabi will be home to approx. 80,000 citizens and will be marked by three districts, each with its own marina. The Bay Center Marina (or business center) will be home to many office and retail buildings and will also be closest to the large shopping mall. The Residential Marina, centrally located has residences for sale already (see “book a plot” at website home page). Finally, the Resort Marina will also be home to many residences as well as the closest marina to the 5 star resort in Najmat Abu Dhabi. Najmat Abu Dhabi will boast something like 50% of its space as open area like parks, etc.. Also it will have canals and waterways connecting all of the marinas.
