Emirate International Properties announced that it will begin $1.4 AED billion marina project in Abu Dhabi City on the Khorn Al Bateen waterway. This gigantic project will feature a 5 star hotel, apartment complexes, commercial and office buildings and retail outlets in a “San Francisco style” waterfront.

Groundbreaking will commence in early 2008 with completion date for the project tentatively set for 2011. This exciting marina development will provide the Capital of the Emirates a beautiful ultra modern marina.
