Daimler, a partial shareholder in Tesla Motors has sold 40% of it’s share to Abu Dhabi firm Aabar Investments. This will give Abu Dhabi company approximately a 4% stake in Tesla Motors.

Tesla Motors is an electric car manufacturer from San Carlos, California. The company is the only one of it’s type to boast an electric car that is capable of traveling long distances between re-charging. The Tesla Roadster (shown below) can travel more than 200 miles on its full battery life.
