Abu Dhabi Gas Industries ltd (GASCO) announced today multiple contracts worth over $9.2 billion has been awarded to several international companies.

It is important to note that GASCO is facilitated and run by Abu Dhabi’s government and the international contracts were strategically awarded. Abu Dhabi is looking to set up international integrated gas systems projects that will include international firms like Italy’s Tecnimont, Japan’s JPG and Korea’s BS Engineering. The projects will be extensive, even a gas treatment plant located in the Habshan Gas Complex is in the works.
