Aldar Properties has announced its plans to develop Al Falah a mid income level community.
“This project signals the emphasis we will place this year and in 2010 in building more mid-income housing projects because there is a requirement for it from UAE nationals” ** Said the Aldar Chairman Ahmed al-Sayegh.
Al Falah will be mostly reserved as free housing for UAE Nationals. A small portion of the Al Falah project will be sold to expatriates. This $2.1 billion USD project is not going to be the last one of its kind approved. There are plans for similar housing projects in Abu Dhabi City.
